About Us:
Join a dynamic engineering firm specializing in SMT processes and electronics manufacturing. We're seeking energetic fresh graduates who are ready to grow technical knowledge, build client relationships, and contribute to both local and export-driven projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and develop new market opportunities; expand reach in Johor and surrounding regions
- Build & maintain relationships with customers, distributors, agents; deliver excellent after-sales service
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, manage customer accounts & follow-ups
- Conduct pre-sales technical support & provide product presentations
- Collaborate on technical testing, product optimisation, and solution proposals as per client needs
- Aim to meet or exceed sales targets and work with the leadership team on pricing strategies
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or any related field in sales
- Fresh graduates welcome; internship experience or project work a plus
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Negotiation skills, customer-facing attitude
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally (up to 40–50%)
- Own transport preferred
- Mandarin language skills is an advantage
