Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, and General Ledger
- Prepare monthly management reports, financial statements, and analysis
- Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closing
- Monitor account ageing, collections, and payment schedules
- Review invoices, staff claims, and payment vouchers
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc finance tasks
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2 years of experience in accounting or finance role
- Familiar with full set accounts and Malaysia accounting practices
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software (SQL / AutoCount / similar)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills; English required, Mandarin is a plus
- Able to start immediately or within short notice
