<li>Greet customers with a smile and offer basket. Be of service by offering your assistance to product and advise to wear them. Be our product specialist.</li>
<li>Follow company's training plan and take initiative for self-learning on our products and services. Check and ask superior when in doubt.</li>
<li>Take ownership of products under your responsibility. Understand the items selling point, challenges and propose ideas to improve for customers' buying. </li>
<li>Respect the working environment and your colleagues. Be polite, a team player and respect space of one another. No gossip and small talks that may hurt feelings of others. </li>
