Job Description

  • Prepare the store for customers' shopping experience. You are expected to perform some simple cleaning at our merchandise fixtures, check stock and replenish necessarily.
  • Greet customers with a smile and offer basket. Be of service by offering your assistance to product and advise to wear them. Be our product specialist.
  • Follow company's training plan and take initiative for self-learning on our products and services. Check and ask superior when in doubt.
  • Take ownership of products under your responsibility. Understand the items selling point, challenges and propose ideas to improve for customers' buying. 
  • Respect the working environment and your colleagues. Be polite, a team player and respect space of one another. No gossip and small talks that may hurt feelings of others. 

Job Requirements

  • Required education: Diploma/Bachelor Degree and above.
  • Good in English (in terms of communication, reading and writing).
  • Flexible to work on shift basis, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • Pleasant, well-groomed, and enjoy interacting with people.
  • Customer oriented, team player, and possess initiative.
  • Have strong integrity, discipline and honesty at all times.
