Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Administration Intern to join our team and gain valuable hands-on experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

The intern will support day-to-day business operations and administrative activities while gaining exposure to areas such as Human Resources, Procurement, Finance, Operations, Sales & Marketing and general business management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administrative and business support activities.
• Support the preparation, updating and maintenance of reports, records and documentation.
• Assist with data entry, data verification and basic data analysis.
• Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets and other business documents.
• Support coordination of meetings, appointments, events and internal activities.
• Assist various departments with administrative and operational tasks.
• Support document filing and record management.
• Assist with purchase orders, invoices, quotations and other business documents where applicable.
• Support HR-related activities such as employee documentation, recruitment coordination and employee records where required.
• Assist with procurement and vendor-related administrative activities where applicable.
• Support internal and external communication with employees, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Assist in monitoring and updating departmental trackers and databases.
• Participate in process improvement and business efficiency projects.
• Perform other administrative and business-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Candidate must be currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, International Business, Management, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Good understanding of basic business and administrative principles.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment.
