Job Description

🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and supervise a team of production operators to achieve daily production output, yield, and quality targets.
• Monitor production activities and ensure operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to established procedures.
• Work closely with Engineers and relevant departments to identify and resolve production, quality, and machine-related issues.
• Monitor production performance and take appropriate action to address operational challenges.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including:
  
• Cycle time improvement
• Cost reduction
• Downtime reduction
• Productivity improvement
• Motivate and guide team members to maintain high levels of productivity, discipline, teamwork, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and production standards.

Job Requirements

🎓 JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, or any other related discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work on 12-hour rotating shifts.
