The &nbsp;Ideal candidate will be responsible for administering and troubleshooting M365 collaboration tool, Exchange (On Premise, Hybrid and Online) and various workplace enterprise tools.</p> <p><br> Candidates are expected to:<br> • 3-5 years’ experience&nbsp;<br> • Manage and support M365 collaboration tools, including Exchange (on-premise/ hybrid/ online).<br> • Provide L3 support for incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.<br> • Troubleshoot and triage platform-related issues, applying PowerShell scripting for automation and issue resolution.<br> • Administer and support MDM Blackberry mobile suite, Trend Micro, Enterprise Vault, and MTD/MFA.<br> • Ensure compliance with network access policies, using IT Admin LAN and Production VDI for privileged access.<br> • Work closely with the Workplace IT service desk team for escalations and after-hours support.<br> • Follow the access approval process, ensuring privileged ID access is only drawn by authorized personnel.</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Requirements</b></h2> </div><div><p>Candidate with the following knowledge will be preferred :-<br> • Proven experience as an M365 Administrator or similar role in enterprise environments.<br> • Expertise in Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and Exchange administration (on-premise, hybrid, and online).<br> • Strong troubleshooting and triaging skills in M365, with experience in L3 support.<br> • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.<br> • Experience working with security tools like Trend Micro, Enterprise Vault, MTD, and MFA solutions.<br> • Familiarity with MDM Blackberry mobile suite.<br> • Ability to work in an escalation support model, including after-hours support when required.</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Be a part of UOB Family</b></h2> </div><div><p>UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
