Job Description

• 📐 Design & Engineering: Perform technical design of grid-tied and off-grid solar PV systems, including electrical layouts, single-line diagrams, and system sizing.
   
• 🛠️ Project Implementation: Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of solar systems on residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
   
• 📊 Performance Analysis: Monitor system performance, analyze energy yield, and recommend improvements for maximum efficiency.
   
• 📁 Documentation & Reporting: Prepare engineering documentation, BOMs, technical drawings, and reports for regulatory compliance and internal use.
   
• 🤝 Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with project managers, contractors, utility companies, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Job Requirements

• 🎓 Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a similar discipline.
   
• ✅ Experience: At least 2–5 years in the design and execution of solar PV systems.
   
• 📊 Software Proficiency: Skilled in using PV design software such as PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
   
• ⚡ Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of Malaysian grid codes, SEDA/NEM regulations, and TNB connection criteria.
   
• 🗣️ Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication abilities, a collaborative spirit, and openness to travel for site inspections.
   
• 💡 Preferred Qualifications: GCPV Certification, REEM, or registration with BEM (Board of Engineers Malaysia).
