Your responsibilities will include managing student academic administration, collaborating with different departments, coordinating school-level programs and activities, interpreting and administering university policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for audits and documentation. You will also support faculty members, supervise administrative processes, maintain confidential records, and contribute to achieving the objectives of the Faculty/Center. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver exceptional service and support to students, faculty, and stakeholders.</p> </span></div></div><div id="div_block-132-3025" class="ct-div-block"><h3 id="headline-133-3025" class="ct-headline h3-heading-with-bottom-line">Responsibilities</h3><div id="text_block-134-3025" class="ct-text-block"><span id="span-135-3025" class="ct-span"><ol> <li><strong>Implementation and monitoring of student academic administration </strong></li> </ol> <ul> <li>Works with the Registrar’s Office on a regular basis to ensure appropriate advising to potential students, managing admission, and course registration.</li> <li>Works with ACAD on a regular basis to carry out academic actions such as add/drop subjects, deferment and withdrawal from the study.</li> <li>Works with ACAD to supervise graduation audit and certifications, and management of degrees/transcripts.</li> <li>Works with Finance Department to resolve student’s queries or problems regarding fees and PTPTN matters.</li> <li>Works with CCE and Program Directors to administer academic credit transfer approval process (granting external credit or internal credit based on APEL C for the University.</li> <li>Prepare student’s timeline projection to ensure students’ study completion. Monitor students’ study progress and make the necessary adjustments if needed.</li> <li>Reviews and attempts to resolve students' academic problems, including clarification of requirements, waivers, substitutions, exceptions, complaints, etc.</li> <li>Keeping a record of student statuses such as active/inactive, warning, probation, exclusions, readmissions, special evaluations, etc and following up with students if necessary.</li> <li>Supervises the Dean’s List Award and certification.</li> <li>Works with Exam Unit and Finance Department in processing Special Exam Applications.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;2.
