JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, sourcing, and employer branding. You will assist in various talent acquisition activities, supporting the end-to-end hiring process and gaining insights into HR operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in sourcing potential candidates and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and networking platforms based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of recruitment records.
• Performs ad hoc tasks as required. 

Job Requirements

 JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
• Able to source, screen, recruit, recommend strong talent and strong relationship-builder.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fast learner, resourceful and proactive.
• Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
