JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, sourcing, and employer branding. You will assist in various talent acquisition activities, supporting the end-to-end hiring process and gaining insights into HR operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Assist in sourcing potential candidates and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and networking platforms based on job requirements.</li>
<li>Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews.</li>
<li>Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.</li>
<li>Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms.</li>
<li>Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.</li>
<li>Ensure proper documentation and filing of recruitment records.</li>
<li>Performs ad hoc tasks as required.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

• Source candidates, phone-screen, schedule interviews, post JDs and update trackers.
• Work within HR team on employer branding and end-to-end hiring.
• Gain hands-on HR experience across sourcing, screening and coordination!
