Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Team Liaison

• Act as the central communication hub between clients and our creative team, ensuring smooth project flow and clear expectations.

Project Management

• Oversee end-to-end project management, from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within scope and budget.
• Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and processes, to ensure successful execution.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
• Write comprehensive briefs that align with client objectives, fueling creative and innovative advertising campaigns for creative team.

Organization & Coordination

• Ensure all project assets, materials, and documentation are organized, accurate, and easily accessible.
• Track and deliver materials consistently, efficiently, and on time.

Proposal & Presentation Creation

• Collaborate with the team to develop persuasive proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our creative vision and project goals.

Social Media Strategy & Management

• Develop a robust social media strategy that enhances brand visibility, drives engagement, and aligns with client marketing goals.
• Create engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS, LinkedIn) that resonates with target audiences.
• Manage new client social media accounts and ad campaigns, ensuring brand alignment and optimal performance.
• Monitor KPIs to assess content effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.

Billing & Financial Oversight

• Manage and oversee project billing, ensuring accurate quotes, purchase orders, and timely invoicing in coordination with the finance team.

Business Development

• Identify and explore new business opportunities, including lead generation and partnerships, to support the agency's growth.
• Assist with business development efforts for new and prospective clients assigned by Director.

Team Collaboration

• Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams, vendors, and production partners to drive project success.
• Ensure seamless communication and effective teamwork across departments.

IT Project Management (Bonus)

• Support UI/UX designers and developers by monitoring project progress, addressing feedback, and ensuring schedules are met.
• Approach tasks strategically to enhance platform quality and improve user experience.
  

The Ideal Candidate:

• 4+ years of experience managing projects in the advertising, digital, or tech industries.
• A strong communicator with excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
• An organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage competing priorities.
• A natural leader with the ability to guide teams and inspire collaboration.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and find creative solutions.
• Experience in advertising agencies or related fields is highly preferred.
• Good command in English, Malay, and Mandarin (both written and verbal).
• Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, independent, and adaptable with a passion for learning and growing.
• A knack for thinking outside the box and taking ownership of projects.
