About the Role
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The Marketing Executive will support go-to-market activities with a specific focus on driving store traffic and brand loyalty for our F&amp;B outlets. You will work with team managers to deliver impactful food-centric campaigns, seasonal launches, and digital dining experiences. The ideal candidate must understands the "crave-ability" of food and has the organizational skill to manage end-to-end activations, from mall advertising to social media management.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign &amp; Menu Launches
<ul>
<li>Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for new menu launches, seasonal bundles, and festive promotions.</li>
<li>Track campaign performance at the store level to optimize ROI and foot traffic KPIs.</li>
<li>Manage and identify localized influencers to help to boost brand discovery and maximize store conversion.</li>
<li>Liaise with mall marketing teams to optimize on-site brand visibility through the tactical placement of store promotions across all available mall advertising platforms.</li>
</ul>
Content &amp; Brand Marketing
<ul>
<li>Develop appetizing marketing content, including food photography briefs, social media "foodie" posts, and EDMs.</li>
<li>Ensure brand tone and visual consistency across all menus, digital boards, and physical outlets.</li>
<li>Drafting comprehensive briefs to define F&amp;B brand identities and translate these concepts into high-impact visual presentations for internal stakeholders and partners.</li>
</ul>
Digital &amp; Social Media Management
<ul>
<li>Manage social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) and website with a focus on trending food content.</li>
<li>Support digital ads and coordinate with food delivery platforms (GrabFood, Foodpanda) for merchant-side promotions.</li>
<li>Develop the customer journey across digital touchpoints, including self-service kiosks, mobile ordering apps, and delivery platform interfaces.</li>
</ul>
Store Events &amp; Promotions
<ul>
<li>Assist in planning brand activations, outlet grand openings, and local store marketing (LSM).</li>
<li>Work with vendors and internal operations teams to ensure point-of-sale (POS) materials are displayed correctly.</li>
</ul>
Market Research &amp; Reporting
<ul>
<li>Conduct competitor analysis on F&amp;B trends, pricing, and promotional mechanics.</li>
<li>Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and suggest menu improvements based on customer feedback.</li>
</ul>
Cross-Team Collaboration
<ul>
<li>Work closely with design, operation, and product teams to align marketing initiatives.</li>
<li>Liaise with external agencies.</li>
</ul>
