About the Role
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team.
The Marketing Executive will support go-to-market activities with a specific focus on driving store traffic and brand loyalty for our F&B outlets. You will work with team managers to deliver impactful food-centric campaigns, seasonal launches, and digital dining experiences. The ideal candidate must understands the "crave-ability" of food and has the organizational skill to manage end-to-end activations, from mall advertising to social media management.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Menu Launches
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for new menu launches, seasonal bundles, and festive promotions.
- Track campaign performance at the store level to optimize ROI and foot traffic KPIs.
- Manage and identify localized influencers to help to boost brand discovery and maximize store conversion.
- Liaise with mall marketing teams to optimize on-site brand visibility through the tactical placement of store promotions across all available mall advertising platforms.
Content & Brand Marketing
- Develop appetizing marketing content, including food photography briefs, social media "foodie" posts, and EDMs.
- Ensure brand tone and visual consistency across all menus, digital boards, and physical outlets.
- Drafting comprehensive briefs to define F&B brand identities and translate these concepts into high-impact visual presentations for internal stakeholders and partners.
Digital & Social Media Management
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) and website with a focus on trending food content.
- Support digital ads and coordinate with food delivery platforms (GrabFood, Foodpanda) for merchant-side promotions.
- Develop the customer journey across digital touchpoints, including self-service kiosks, mobile ordering apps, and delivery platform interfaces.
Store Events & Promotions
- Assist in planning brand activations, outlet grand openings, and local store marketing (LSM).
- Work with vendors and internal operations teams to ensure point-of-sale (POS) materials are displayed correctly.
Market Research & Reporting
- Conduct competitor analysis on F&B trends, pricing, and promotional mechanics.
- Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and suggest menu improvements based on customer feedback.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with design, operation, and product teams to align marketing initiatives.
- Liaise with external agencies.
