Job Description

• Support the administration, rollout, and execution of employee retention and growth initiatives, including tracking participation, managing communications, and ensuring timely follow-through on development plans and recognition programs. 
• Input, manage, and update employee data in HR Systems (Monday Directory, Kakitangan, BRIOHR etc) and relevant tracking systems accurately and promptly.  
• Support the implementation of compensation and benefits plans by preparing documents, tracking changes, and assisting with communication to employees.  
• Work with payroll to prepare and double-check monthly payout data and ensuring figures match approved amounts and deadlines are met.   
• Manage the end-to-end administration of learning sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with participants and trainers.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills in English; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 3 months.
