• A digital transformation leader with 10+ years driving process improvements, CRM/ERP integrations, and data analytics in complex environments.
• Skilled at collaborating across teams and external partners to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.
• Experienced in applying AI technologies to business operations, with a strong grasp of emerging trends.
• Educated in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields - advanced degrees and certifications (PMP, Scrum, Six Sigma) are a plus.
• A strategic thinker and hands-on executor passionate about sustainability and making a tangible impact.
