Key Responsibilities

<li>Install, configure, and maintain server Operating Systems (Windows Server / Linux)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform regular OS updates, patching, and basic security hardening&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor system performance, uptime, and server health&nbsp;</li>
<li>Troubleshoot OS-related issues such as services, boot errors, permissions, and logs&nbsp;</li>
<li>Create, manage, and maintain Virtual Machines (VMware / Hyper-V / VirtualBox)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Allocate and optimize VM resources (CPU, RAM, storage)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform VM snapshots, backups, and restoration when required&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in VM deployment for development and production environments&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor system alerts and respond to incidents in a timely manner&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support internal users with basic technical issues (1st/2nd level support)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain system documentation including server inventory and VM records</li>
</ul>
