Graduating in 2006 from the University of Tunku Abdul Rahman with a Degree in Commerce (Hons) Accounting, Ms. Violet Lim is a member of both the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She has worked with various well-established listed companies and has extensive experience in providing corporate accounting services to diverse businesses.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive, Corporate Secretarial to manage a portfolio of clients and ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. This role involves handling end-to-end company secretarial matters, providing advisory support on corporate governance, and supervising junior team members.
<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Manage a portfolio of clients and execute full spectrum of corporate secretarial functions &nbsp;</li>
<li>Advise clients on corporate governance matters, statutory requirements, and compliance obligations under the Companies Act and relevant regulations &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare and review directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions, minutes, statutory forms, and other corporate documents &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure timely submission of statutory filings and compliance with regulatory deadlines &nbsp;</li>
<li>Liaise with regulatory bodies (e.g., SSM and other authorities) on corporate matters &nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain and update statutory records, registers, and corporate documentation &nbsp;</li>
<li>Supervise, guide, and delegate tasks to junior executives to ensure quality and efficiency &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in billing, fee tracking, and receivables management &nbsp;</li>
<li>Continuously update knowledge on regulatory changes and industry developments &nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform other ad-hoc assignments as required &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
