You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate songwriter payments, coordinating external and internal audits, and driving continuous improvement in reporting, workflow, and controls.This is a newly created position as an individual contributor and a pivotal role, with the opportunity to influence business practices and develop a customer-focused royalty function. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams—including Finance, Income Tracking, Royalty Processing, Copyright, and our affiliate offices—while maintaining strong relationships with songwriters, clients, and global stakeholders.
