<p>We are looking for a <strong>driven and street-smart Consignment Expansion Executive</strong> to help grow our offline presence across Malaysia.<br> Your mission is to <strong>expand, manage, and optimize our consignment network</strong> — from hunting new stores and negotiating partnerships, to ensuring weekly stock movement and brand presentation.</p>

<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>1. Consignment Hunting &amp; Outreach</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Identify and research potential consignment stores, lifestyle shops, fashion-focused thrift stores, kiosks, and pop-up opportunities.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential partners.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct location scouting to evaluate foot traffic, audience match, product fit, and area competitiveness.<br>&nbsp;</li>

<h3><strong>2. Pitching &amp; Negotiation</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Deliver strong brand pitches to store owners and managers.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Communicate our value, USP, pricing structure, and partner benefits clearly.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Negotiate terms such as sales split, display space, restock frequency, and promotional support.<br>&nbsp;</li>

<h3><strong>3. Onboarding &amp; Setup</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate the onboarding process from paperwork to store activation.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure all stock, price tags, POS materials, and branding elements are correctly placed.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Train store staff on product knowledge, selling points, and display maintenance.<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>4. Inventory &amp; Sales Management</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Track weekly sell-through performance and stock movement across all stores.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure stock is replenished on time and slow-moving items are rotated or replaced.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain accurate updates and reporting through Google Sheets.<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>5. Relationship Management</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Build strong, long-term relationships with store owners and staff.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide fast support when issues arise (lost stock, price mistakes, display problems).<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Keep partners aligned with our promotional calendar and new launches.<br>&nbsp;</li>

<h3><strong>6. Expansion &amp; Optimization</strong></h3>

<li>Suggest and execute improvements in store displays, merchandising style, and SKU mix.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Analyze store performance and recommend strategic decisions (scale, improve, or exit).<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Identify new geographical clusters or retail categories we can expand into.<br>&nbsp;</li>
