About the Role

We are looking for a driven and street-smart Consignment Expansion Executive to help grow our offline presence across Malaysia.
Your mission is to expand, manage, and optimize our consignment network — from hunting new stores and negotiating partnerships, to ensuring weekly stock movement and brand presentation.

This role is perfect for candidates who love being outside, talking to people, and building partnerships that directly grow the company’s revenue.

Key Responsibilities

1. Consignment Hunting & Outreach

  • Identify and research potential consignment stores, lifestyle shops, fashion-focused thrift stores, kiosks, and pop-up opportunities.
     
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential partners.
     
  • Conduct location scouting to evaluate foot traffic, audience match, product fit, and area competitiveness.
     

2. Pitching & Negotiation

  • Deliver strong brand pitches to store owners and managers.
     
  • Communicate our value, USP, pricing structure, and partner benefits clearly.
     
  • Negotiate terms such as sales split, display space, restock frequency, and promotional support.
     

3. Onboarding & Setup

  • Coordinate the onboarding process from paperwork to store activation.
     
  • Ensure all stock, price tags, POS materials, and branding elements are correctly placed.
     
  • Train store staff on product knowledge, selling points, and display maintenance.
     

4. Inventory & Sales Management

  • Track weekly sell-through performance and stock movement across all stores.
     
  • Ensure stock is replenished on time and slow-moving items are rotated or replaced.
     
  • Maintain accurate updates and reporting through Google Sheets.
     

5. Relationship Management

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with store owners and staff.
     
  • Provide fast support when issues arise (lost stock, price mistakes, display problems).
     
  • Keep partners aligned with our promotional calendar and new launches.
     

6. Expansion & Optimization

  • Suggest and execute improvements in store displays, merchandising style, and SKU mix.

1. Core Responsibilities

Consignment Hunting & Research

  • Identify potential consignment stores, concept stores, pop-up spaces, thrift shops, menswear boutiques, lifestyle markets, and relevant retail partners.
     
  • Conduct market research on target locations: foot traffic, audience profile, product fit, past sales potential.
     
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential outlets.

  • Prepare and deliver effective pitches based on store type and audience.
