<p>WCT Group was first established with the incorporation of WCT Earthworks &amp; Building Contractors Sdn Bhd on 14 January 1981 and subsequently changed to its current name, WCT Berhad (WCTB). WCTB made its debut on the Second Board of the then Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange now known as Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Securities) on 16 February 1995 and was subsequently promoted to the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 7 January 1999. <p><li>Responsible to show prospective tenants available shopping malls’ space to lease and to respond to all leasing enquiries.</li> <li>Upon the confirmation of the lease by prospective tenant, the leasing executive is responsible to follow through with all the necessary documents and procedures, from preparation of documents for Management’s approval to collecting the executed documents and rental deposits.</li> <li>Ensure all leasing documentation are in good order.</li> <li>To assist Leasing Manager to source and secure shopping malls’ retail space tenants and to meet leasing targets.</li></p>
