Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media promptly and professionally.
- Assist with program and event registrations, bookings, and payment processes.
- Provide accurate information about WMA’s programs, workshops, and events.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Support the events team in managing participants’ check-in and on-site services.
- Maintain customer records and databases for follow-ups.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and a positive experience.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or client servicing (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and customer-focused.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
