Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with program and event registrations, bookings, and payment processes.
  • Provide accurate information about WMA’s programs, workshops, and events.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Support the events team in managing participants’ check-in and on-site services.
  • Maintain customer records and databases for follow-ups.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and a positive experience.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or client servicing (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and customer-focused.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
