Job Description

• Plan, organize, and execute events from concept to completion (e.g., corporate events, product launches, exhibitions, conferences)
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth event execution
• Assist in preparing event proposals, timelines, budgets, and logistics plans
• Manage on-site event setup, registration, and coordination during the event
• Ensure branding and promotional materials are aligned with event objectives
• Handle pre-event and post-event communication with stakeholders and attendees
• Source venues, negotiate with vendors, and handle bookings/logistics
• Monitor event performance, gather feedback, and prepare post-event reports
• Ensure all events comply with safety regulations, permits, and company policies
• Stay updated on trends in event management and suggest creative ideas

Job Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in event planning or coordination preferred (internships count!)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative thinker with attention to detail
