Job Description
- Develop and execute overall marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, content, ads, email, events)
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and marketing materials
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports
- Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effective execution
- Lead, coach, and coordinate marketing team members and external vendors
- Work closely with Sales and Management to support revenue growth
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer insights
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and campaign planning
- Experience in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in education, training, or financial services industry is an advantage
