Job Description
To lead and drive the group's Brand, Marketing and Public Relations strategy across its portfolio entities, with accountability for revenue growth, brand equity, media visibility and service excellence. This role serves at the Group's Brand & PR Lead, ensuring commercially impactful marketing execution while stregthening market positioning and external visibility.
Group Brand & Positioning
- Serve as Brand Custodian for the Group and its portfolio entities, ensuring brand consistency, positioning clarity and professional credibility across all platforms.
- Develop and maintain brand architecture, messaging framework and visual identity governance.
- Oversee brand assets including website, corporate presentations, social media, sales decks, and marketing collaterals.
Growth & Performance Marketing
- Lead and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, merchant acquisition, loyalty engagement and revenue growth.
- Develop and manage annual marketing calendar aligned with commercial targets.
- Develop data-driven acquisition and retention strategies with clear attribution and performance tracking.
- Monitor and optimise marketing KPIs including CAC, LTV, conversion rates and retention rates, engagement & redemption velocity.
- Work closely with Commercial, Merchandising & Operations teams to support GMV and transaction growth.
- Support merchant co-marketing campaigns and ecosystem growth initiatives.
Public Relations & Media Management
- Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership positioning.
- Draft and manage press releases, media statements, founder profiling, industry thought leadership content, build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, industry publications and PR partners.
- Support brand reputation management and proactive narrative positioning.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of monetizable PR and branding service offerings for the Group.
Content & Campaign Execution
- Lead creative direction for campaigns ensuring strong, consistent and commercially effective messaging.
- Oversee content creation across digital platforms including social, website and campaign assets.
- Ensure campaigns are measurable, ROI-driven and aligned with business objectives.
Team Leadership & Operations
- Lead and manage the Marketing team at Group level.
- Allocate resources effectively across internal entities and external client projects.
- Manage budgets and ensure marketing spend delivers measurable ROI.
- Implement structured workflows, approval processes and performance reporting.
