The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing Lamarsa’s overall marketing strategy to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and sales performance. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, working closely with internal teams, external agencies, and brand partners. The Marketing Manager will oversee a small in-house marketing team and is expected to be deeply involved in planning, reviewing, and executing campaigns while building structure, clarity, and accountability within the team.

1.  Team Leadership &amp; Collaboration

<li>Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, ensuring clear roles, priorities, and accountability.</li>
<li>Provide guidance, feedback, and performance direction to ensure high-quality output.</li>
<li>Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and Management to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely delivery.</li>
<li>Build structured workflows, approvals, and reporting processes within the marketing function.</li>

2. Marketing Strategy &amp; Planning

<li>Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and brand positioning.</li>
<li>Plan annual and quarterly marketing calendars covering campaigns, product launches, promotions, and events.</li>
<li>Translate business and sales goals into clear marketing plans with measurable KPIs.</li>
<li>Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine strategies.</li>

3. Campaign &amp; Content Management

<li>Oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and offline channels.</li>
<li>Guide content direction for social media, website, EDMs, advertising, and brand communications.</li>
<li>Review and approve marketing materials to ensure consistency with brand tone and standards.</li>
<li>Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.</li>

4. Digital &amp; E-Commerce Marketing

<li>Work closely with the e-commerce team to support website content, product launches, and promotional pages.</li>
<li>Oversee digital performance including social media, paid ads, website traffic, and conversion metrics.</li>

5. Brand Partnerships &amp; Events
