Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, and execute anime-themed expos, café activations, and community pop-ups.
- Liaise with venue partners, vendors, performers, and internal creative teams.

- Coordinate crew briefings, booth layouts, and safety protocols.
- Track budgets, expenses, and vendor payments.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of event planning or coordination experience (expo experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Confident communicator with vendors, performers, and internal teams.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
- Must be able to travel freely.
