Job Description

• Assisting in filling, data entry and recording and maintaining accurate and complete Financial Records
• Checking income and expenditure
• Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
• Preparing bank deposits, check payment
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents
• Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance 
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
• Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
• Assist with other accounting projects
• Accounts and tax document monthly filling
• Liaise with auditor, tax agent, banker and company secretary
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
• Perform any other duties & responsibilities as and when assigned by Management

Job Requirements

• At least with 2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Can handle pressure, must be willing to work overtime if necessary 
• Computer literate must be proficient in excel
• High level of integrity, efficiency, accuracy and responsibility
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy preferably
• Fluency in mandarin is a must
