Strategic Marketing Planning and Execution:
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive business objectives, ensuring alignment with the overall corporate strategy.</li>
<li>Analyze market trends, consumer behavior to identify opportunities for product positioning and marketing innovation.</li>
<li>Lead the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives from ideation to execution, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.</li>
<li>Marketing reports and analysis.</li>
</ul>
Brand Management:
<ul>
<li>Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand's identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development and sales, to ensure brand value and alignment in all marketing materials and communications.</li>
<li>Monitor and improve brand health metrics, working to increase brand equity and consumer loyalty.</li>
</ul>
Digital Marketing:
<ul>
<li>Oversee the execution of digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and online advertising.</li>
<li>Leverage digital tools and platforms to build brand awareness, engage customers, and drive online sales.</li>
<li>Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and ensure continuous improvement in digital marketing performance.</li>

Partner Collaboration and Engagement:
<ul>
<li>Develop and manage relationships with key retail partners to support promotional activities, in-store displays.</li>
<li>Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives.</li>

New Product Launches:
<ul>
<li>Manage the launch of new products or services, coordinating all marketing efforts to ensure a successful introduction to the market.</li>
<li>Work with product teams to develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and promotional plans.</li>
