- Create a daily task list for the front desk team.
- Address guest requests and inquiries promptly by collaborating with front line and maintenance staff.
- Perform nightly duties, including overseeing payment collection.
- Analyze market data to monitor rates and occupancy, and provide reports to management.
- Generate invoices for the accounting department's monthly statements.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out, as well as room assignments.
