<li>Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors and supplier.</li>
<li>Sourcing and purchase items required in tender, monitor project costing and sourcing for suppliers and sub-contractors for successful completion of Projects.</li>
<li>Monitoring projects progress claims, variation order, omission works and meet the projects handover date</li>
<li>Pre-tendering process includes tender evaluation, calculation of quantities, checking the materials needed, price comparison, submission of tender and tender interview (if required).</li>
<li>Work closely with site team</li>
<li>Knowledge in preparing cost proposals for new projects</li>
<li>Knowledge in prepare quotation and prepare tender documents are an added advantage</li>
<li>Knowledge in landscapes works is an added value</li>
