Are you passionate about planning, organising, and supporting online events? Join us as a Virtual Event Intern and gain hands-on experience assisting in the execution of virtual training sessions and masterclasses that impact thousands of learners.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in executing online training events and masterclasses 
• Coordinate with internal teams and trainers to ensure smooth event flow
• Support the Customer Experience Team on attendance confirmation and participant follow-up
• Learn the behind-the-scenes of high-impact educational events
• Contribute ideas to enhance the virtual experience

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Event Management, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field
• Strong interest in education virtual events, online training, or project coordination
• Good written and verbal communication skills (English and/or Mandarin preferred)
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and basic tech tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to learn, adapt, and take initiative
• Leadership or team coordination experience (even in school projects) is a plus
