<h3><strong>(1) Store Operations Management</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Responsible for the daily operational supervision of franchised stores under the brand, ensuring that stores comply with the company’s standards for management and operations.</li>
<li>Conduct store inspections and guide stores to improve product quality, service attitude, and hygiene conditions (QSC management).</li>
<li>Identify and resolve issues in store operations, such as poor customer experience, inconsistent product quality, and product waste.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>(2) Store Operations and Marketing Implementation</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Guide stores in sales analysis, optimize operational strategies, and increase average customer spending and repeat purchase rates.</li>
<li>Develop plans to improve revenue for assigned stores: participate in the entire process of planning, coordination, execution, and review.</li>
<li>Assist in the implementation of headquarters' brand marketing activities.</li>
<li>Conduct competitor research and analysis.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>(3) Staff Training and Team Management</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Provide standardized training for new store employees to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Monitor the daily performance of store staff and provide training on service standards and operational procedures.</li>
<li>Identify issues in store management promptly and provide solutions.</li>
</ul>
