What We Do?

<li>Handle and respond promptly to all sales leads and enquiries from in-bound phone calls, emails, and the company website.</li>
<li>Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through effective communication, trust, and excellent service standards.</li>
<li>Understand clients’ objectives and event requirements thoroughly; propose suitable venue packages and related services to meet their goals within budget constraints.</li>
<li>Prepare and present professional quotations, proposals, and packages tailored to client needs.</li>
<li>Coordinate and liaise with suppliers, vendors, and partners for quotations, venue site visits (recce), bookings, and other event-related arrangements.</li>
<li>Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up, ensuring seamless end-to-end project management and a positive client experience.</li>
<li>Work closely with the operations and venue management teams to ensure that event setups and requirements are executed accurately and on time.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of all leads, sales activities, and client interactions in the company’s CRM system.</li>
<li>Ensure timely preparation and issuance of quotations, invoices, and collection of payments according to company SOPs.</li>
<li>Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of iSpace Venue (<a href="https://ispace.my/" target="_self">www.ispace.my</a>).</li>
<li>Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.</li>
<li>Assist in planning and participating in marketing activities, promotional events, or venue open days when required.</li>
<li>Provide feedback to management on client needs, service issues, and opportunities for venue or service improvements.</li>
</ul>
