Working With Us

We are looking for responsible and committed Senior / Junior Conveyancing Clerks to join our legal team in Melaka and Petaling Jaya. The role involves handling conveyancing matters and supporting lawyers to ensure transactions are completed efficiently and accurately, including attending site signings when required. Responsibilities: &nbsp;

<li>Handle conveyancing matters including sub-sale transactions, developer projects, loan documentation, discharge of charge, and perfection of transfer and charge. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Attend site signings and assist clients in the execution of relevant conveyancing documents. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Liaise with clients, bankers, developers, land offices, government authorities, and relevant stakeholders. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare, manage, and maintain proper documentation and filing of conveyancing files. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Follow up on files to ensure timely completion of transactions and payment. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist lawyers in monitoring and managing file progress. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Senior clerks are expected to guide and supervise junior staff when required.</li>
