Summary

This internship role focuses on sales coordination, client support, and administrative operations. The intern will assist in preparing quotations and proposals, responding to customer enquiries, and supporting clients with product and service information.

The role also involves client follow-ups and documentation, including obtaining required supporting documents and assisting with HRDF-related processes and submissions. In addition, the intern will help manage internal records (e.g., XPM), monitor registrations, and handle payment-related communications.

From an operational standpoint, the intern will support sales reporting, commission calculations, and data management to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. There will also be exposure to cross-functional collaboration with the Business Development and Marketing teams.

Overall, this role provides hands-on experience in sales support, customer engagement, and business operations, along with opportunities to learn about HRDF processes and internal systems.


Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Open to local students from SPM leavers / Diploma / Degree students from relevant study.
  • Good communication skills is required. Added advantage for candidates fluent in Mandarin.
  • Willing to learn and proactive attitude
  • Basic administrative and coordination skills
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
