Position 1: Civil / Mechanical &amp; Electrical Project Manager
Location: George Town, Penang &amp; Ipoh, Perak
Salary: RM 7,116 – RM 8,895/month

Job Description
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute project plans and progress control.</li>
<li>Monitor overall project schedule and conduct meetings.</li>
<li>Coordinate multi-discipline teams and site activities.</li>
<li>Ensure safety and quality compliance on site.</li>
<li>Manage equipment, materials and resources efficiently.</li>
<li>Maintain construction order, safety and environmental standards.</li>
<li>Handle emergencies, analyze progress, and implement improvements.</li>
</ul>

Job Requirements
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Design or related field.</li>
<li>5+ years relevant experience, at least 2 years in medium/large construction firms.</li>
<li>Experience in industrial workshop projects (semiconductor/data center/food/pharmapreferred).</li>
<li>Strong communication, coordination &amp; problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Knowledge of construction laws &amp; regulations.</li>
<li>Good English skills; experience in foreign-funded projects preferred.</li>

Position 2: Project Safety Officer
Location: George Town, Penang &amp; Ipoh, Perak
Salary: RM 4,744 – RM 5,930/month

Job Description

<li>Oversee onsite safety compliance.</li>
<li>Assist in hazard analysis &amp; preventive measures.</li>
<li>Conduct inspections and enforce safety rules.</li>
<li>Report accidents and participate in investigations.</li>
<li>Maintain safety documentation &amp; records.</li>
</ul>

Job Requirements.
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of safety management in construction projects.</li>
<li>Strong observation and reporting skills.</li>
<li>Able to enforce safety rules and correct violations.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or above.</li>
<li>English as the working language (Chinese proficiency preferred).</li>
<li>Minimum 1 year experience in similar roles.</li>
<li>Industrial workshop construction experience preferred.</li>

Position 3: Project Document Control Manager
Location: George Town, Penang &amp; Ipoh, Perak
Salary: RM 2,965 – RM 3,558/month

<li>Manage completeness &amp; standardisation of project documents.</li>
<li>File, store, distribute and track technical documents.</li>
<li>Review and control document updates &amp; versions.</li>
<li>Digitise paper records and manage knowledge archive.</li>
<li>Support project acceptance and file compilation tasks.</li>
</ul>

Job Requirements
<ul>
<li>Familiarity with document control systems.</li>
<li>Strong organisational and documentation skills.</li>
<li>Attention to detail &amp; systematic work approach.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or above.</li>
<li>English as the working language (Chinese proficiency preferred).</li>
<li>Minimum 1 year experience in similar roles.</li>
<li>Industrial workshop construction experience preferred.</li>
