Job Description

• Monthly responsibility for reconciliation with suppliers.
• Responsible for the follow-up of inventory entry, reconciliation, and entry of payment request materials on the information platform.
• Responsible for summarizing and submitting relevant payment request materials to the finance department and following up on payments.
• Responsible for the follow-up of suppliers' invoices.
• Execution of OKR and intelligent performance.
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Input authority for information platform reconciliation statements.
• Reconciliation authority with suppliers.
• Other authorities required for performing job duties.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in both Chinese and English, with experience in large-scale project management. 
• At least 12 years of working experience.
• Strong communication and expression skills, with an outgoing personality.
• Proficient in operating office software.
• Skilled in operating information platforms.
• Sensitive to data and capable of conducting data statistics and analysis.
• Actively and responsibly engaged in work.
