1. Key Criteria:
Fuelling growth through insights and analytics
* You use numbers to generate repeatable, scalable processes that are steered with ambitious perfection in a data-driven environment.
* You will be required to work with HQ and MY Md to translate our growth strategy into channel and messaging tactics to drive monthly ROAS like clockwork.
* You know how to constantly experiment and test small, proving impact and then scaling.
Managing cross-channel marketing campaigns
* You understand the dynamics of managing a scope spanning Performance, SEM, SEO, CRM, PR, KOLs and partnerships.
* You will need to work with our HQ Marketing team to understand how to harness the power of each channel to drive a total strategy that leads to efficient customer growth.
Lead and work alongside your team
* You are a people person, someone who inspires and rallies people towards common goals.
* As a leader in a lean startup, you are a strategist as well as an executor, rolling up your sleeves to fill in the gaps to work alongside your team and understand what they do and be able to teach and train them on better strategies and execution.
* You will be responsible to assess and manage the team’s work priorities and load to help them identify work priorities and focus on needle moving tasks
* You will be working with HQ to build a culture of openness, collaboration and candour and understand the value of leading by example.
Adapt to Marketing
* You will be working with HQ to understand the pros and cons of each channel and for you to keep up to date on new channels and on the most creative uses for each channel in order to train the team around you.
* You are able to analyze each channel's performance and revenue impact and can have a POV when planning budget allocations with MD and HQ marketing team.
Presenting and pitching persuasively

You share your decisions and push for what you think is right for the business objectives, using logic and numbers (rather than opinion or emotion) to make your case.
* You’ve worked in fast moving start ups before and can manage stakeholders at all levels of an organisation. You do this all with a collaborative spirit.
2. Your job scope entails:
Run our growth engines.
* Work with your team locally and regional channel specialists to keep our growth engines running and funneling audiences into customers.
* Through data analysis and using best practices as guidelines, audit all marketing channels and touchpoints and uncover marketing brilliance (to replicate) as well as inefficiencies (to optimize):
- Are these touchpoints driving conversions?
- What are the customer experience metrics, and what do they tell us?
- Are the messaging on these touchpoints engaging and on-brand?
- Are we measuring correctly?
- How do we optimize?
- Are budgets optimized based on local market trends and performance insights?
- Are we using the right platforms and are our brand touchpoints relevant/optimal?
- Is there an existing or strong PR strategy for the market?
- Are we collaborating with the right personalities/brands?
Sync
* Collaborate with HQ on a consistent basis to evaluate and optimise an integrated marketing plan across owned, earned, paid and shared channels, that includes strategies to improve user journeys and messaging.
Lead
*Be the guide for your team so they know what to focus their efforts on.
* Grow your team’s skills by understanding their strengths and weaknesses.
