Job Description

1) Sales Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, coach, and motivate multiple sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
   
• Oversee branches teams to ensure smooth sales flow from leads to loan approval.
   
• Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to increase conversions and productivity.
   
• Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.

2) Sales Strategy & Market Expansion

• Develop and execute area-level sales strategies aligned with company goals.
   
• Identify potential markets, promotional opportunities, and partnerships to drive growth.
   
• Analyze sales data to forecast trends and optimize territory performance.
   
• Support marketing campaigns and events to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
   

3) Operations & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, loan submission standards, and partner requirements.
   
• Coordinate with HQ for stock planning, pricing, and promotional activities.
   
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
   
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through strong after-sales service.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales leadership or area management, preferably in retail, consumer finance, or electronics.
  
• Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  
• Strong people management, communication, and motivational skills.
  
• Familiar with TikTok, social media sales, or digital marketing is an added advantage.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple teams.
  
• Possess own transport and willing to travel within assigned area.
   
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and basic Mandarin is a plus.
