Job Description

• Manage the full set of accounts (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger).
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Process payments, invoices, and expense claims in a timely manner.
• Perform bank and inter-company reconciliations.
• Assist with the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors.
• Handle payroll processing and statutory payments (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Prepare and submit relevant government tax filings.

Job Requirements

• Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
• A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in handling a full set of accounts.
• For the Senior role, 3-5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Skills Required: Product Knowledge, Sales and Customer Service.
