<p>To execute day-to-day fixed asset accounting operations and ensure accurate recording,documentation, and reconciliation of assets in accordance with company policies andaccounting standards.</p>

<p>Fixed Asset Accounting Operations</p>
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Maintain Fixed Asset Register (FAR) including additions, transfers, reclassifications,disposals, and write-offs.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Perform monthly depreciation runs and ensure accuracy of asset classes and useful lives.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Reconcile FAR to General Ledger and resolve discrepancies.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Manage CIP tracking and support timely capitalisation upon commissioning.</li>
</ul>
<p>Documentation &amp; Compliance</p>
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Ensure all asset transactions are supported with complete documentation (PO, invoice, DO,GRN, approvals).</li>
<li>&nbsp;Validate capital vs expense treatment based on established policies.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Highlight incomplete or non-compliant asset records for escalation.</li>
</ul>
<p>Physical Verification Support</p>
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Support asset tagging and periodic physical verification exercises.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Update asset location, custodian, and status based on verification outcomes.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Assist in investigation of missing, idle, or unrecorded assets.</li>
</ul>
<p>Audit Support</p>
<ul>
<li>Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents for fixed assets.</li>
<li>Respond to audit queries and support walkthroughs and sample testing.</li>
</ul>
<p>Systems &amp; Data Maintenance</p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain accuracy of asset master data in ERP systems.</li>
<li>Support system enhancements and process improvements as directed by management.</li>
</ul>
