<li>To collaborate with the Top Management to establish more effective processes and controls to ensure the integrity of the Company’s financial books.</li>
<li>To oversee all financial control activities, including the review and analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and disclosures.</li>
<li>To provide the Top Management with accurate and comprehensive financial information to guide effective policy making and financial strategizing.</li>
<li>To summarize budget trends, analyzing deficiencies and reporting variances.</li>
<li>To take care of tax preparation duties or collaborate with internal and external stakeholders accordingly.</li>
<li>To identify efficiencies and opportunities for cost reductions across the business.</li>
<li>To create and monitor company policies and internal controls, especially spending controls, to safeguard company assets and reduce fraud.</li>
<li>To ensure that the Company meets the necessary tax, permit, licensing, and all due diligence requirements.</li>
<li>To support on month-end and year-end close process.</li>
<li>Provide external auditors with the necessary documentation and support</li>
