<li>Gather data for payroll processing in a timely manner while ensuring data accuracy. Eg: government statutory related registration for new joiners. </li>
<li>Assist on payroll matrix report separation.</li>
</ul>

<li>Coordinate and attend meetings with vendors.</li>
<li>Generate and massage ad-hoc reports as and when necessary.</li>

<li>Assist on different projects implementation as and when required. </li>
<li>Research the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency.</li>
<li>Coordinate on JTK form 63A submission for new outlets opening.</li>
<li>Support internal and external inquiries and requests related to the P&amp;C Department.</li>
<li>Participate in organizing employee engagement related activities such as festival celebration, town hall, leadership bootcamp and etc depending on events calendar.</li>
<li>Any other ad-hoc task which fulfils the internship objective.</li>
