<li>Assist in reviewing training materials, SOPs, and Academy documents to ensure consistency and accuracy.</li>
<li>Support training audits, checklist preparation, and quality compliance tracking.</li>
<li>Consolidate training feedback, assessment results, and quality reports for analysis.</li>
<li>Maintain records of certifications, attendance, assessments, and learning documentation.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards related to Academy quality performance.</li>
<li>Support coordination for pilot programmes, validations, and training improvement projects.</li>
</ul>
<p>Secondary Job Responsibilities:<br></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist during training sessions, workshops, or Train-the-Trainer programmes when required.</li>
<li>Support communication and follow-up with trainers or stakeholders on pending actions.</li>
<li>Participate in brainstorming for process improvements and new learning initiatives.</li>
<li>Perform administrative and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Academy team.</li>
</ul>
