<li><strong>SLA Review &amp; Cost Monitoring:</strong></li>

<li>&nbsp;Regularly review SLA base rates to ensure they align with company standards and market trends.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Timely update vendor agreements to reflect current terms, conditions, and pricing structures.</li>
<li>Monitor and track all cost base rates to ensure compliance with approved budgets and SLA terms.</li>
<li>Identify and address any discrepancies or cost deviations in vendor agreements.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>2. Procurement Support:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Raise and process purchase orders (POs) for maintenance requirements and secure necessary approvals.</li>
<li>Source and procure spare parts, tools, and services required for maintenance and repair tasks.</li>
<li>Maintain inventory of critical spare parts to ensure availability for preventive and corrective maintenance.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>3. Vendor &amp; Supplier Coordination:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize orders.</li>
<li>Track and follow up on purchase requests, delivery orders, and invoices to ensure timely completion.</li>
<li>Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service agreements.</li>

<p><strong>4. Cost Management &amp; Reporting:</strong></p>

<li>Maintain detailed records of repair, maintenance, and procurement costs.</li>

<li>Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure they have the resources needed to address repairs and preventive maintenance tasks efficiently.</li>
<li>Expedite urgent requests for high-priority maintenance issues.</li>
<li>Support the analysis and resolution of recurring issues by tracking patterns and providing datainsights.</li>
