<li>Own financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis, including owning business and revenue model.</li>
<li>Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team.</li>
<li>Business and Investment case modelling.</li>
<li>Lead the production of periodic re-forecasts, ensuring risks and opportunities are highlighted.</li>
<li>Optimize monthly, quarterly, &amp; annual forecasting processes and variance reporting, partnering with our accounting team.</li>

<p>Decision Support &amp; Analysis</p>
<ul>
<li>Build trusted relationships with senior executives and functional leadership.</li>
<li>Support the  Assistnant Vice President in communicating financial strategy issues and recommended changes to senior management and the EXCO.</li>
<li>Track performance against key targets and outcomes and produce regular corporate level management information.</li>
<li>Develop financial KPIs which will be used to assess the success of both the business and the financial strategy.</li>
<li>Analyse competitor and market financial information to provide insight to assist with decision making.</li>
