Job Description
Position Responsibilities
- ESG Research, Compliance & Reporting
- Monitor ESG regulations and frameworks
- Conduct regulatory and best practice research, including country-specific ESG policies, to guide internal strategies and risk management.
- Support Scope 1–3 carbon accounting and ESG data management, ensuring audit-readiness and transparency.
- Assist in preparing disclosures, sustainability reports, and submissions.
- Coordinate ESG risk assessments including supplier vetting, plastic regulations, and carbon tax readiness.
- Support the development and maintenance of ESG-related policies and systems, including the Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS)
2. Program & Project Execution (Environmental & Social)
- Lead or support environmental initiatives and improvements to operational sustainability.
- Manage social responsibility programs and community outreach.
- Coordinate CSR campaigns and on-ground ESG activations with partners and internal teams.
- Track and measure ESG KPIs to evaluate project outcomes and feed findings into reporting systems.
- Manage project timelines, stakeholder alignment, and reporting for ESG initiatives.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
- Work with internal teams to integrate ESG into business decisions.
- Engage with NGOs, government agencies, and community groups to co-execute environmental and social programs.
- Drive ESG awareness through training, onboarding materials, and internal campaigns.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Law, Social Impact, or related fields.
- 2–4 years of experience in ESG compliance, sustainability reporting, or project implementation.
- Familiar with ESG standards and frameworks (e.g., GRI, TCFD, Bursa, GHG Protocol).
- Experience in stakeholder management or field program delivery is an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with implementing project initiatives within organizations or across multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with environmental certifications or tools such as carbon footprint calculators, ESG reporting platforms, or energy monitoring systems
