<h4><strong>Support for External Systems (Off-the-Shelf Tools)</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Handle user support requests related to external systems such as POS, ERP, CRM, or productivity platforms.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues where possible within the System Support team's scope.</li>
<li>Work closely with the Enterprise Solution team to provide structured feedback and visibility into recurring or systemic issues.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Enterprise Solution team to ensure the vendor is engaged and that long-term solutions are identified and implemented effectively.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Documentation &amp; Enablement</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Maintain internal documentation for common issues, troubleshooting steps, escalation guidelines, and known limitations.</li>
<li>Train users or internal teams on effective use of tools and systems where applicable.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Access, Logging, and Compliance</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Assist with user access management, audit trail logging, and compliance requirements for both internal and external tools.</li>
