• Ensure smooth implementation of business strategies, continuously refining processes through analysis and iteration.
• Oversee key projects, support sales managers in planning and execution, identify issues, and drive improvements to ensure successful outcomes.
• Streamline communication and workflows between cross-functional departments to improve efficiency and execution.
• Analyze business data to identify issues, support sales teams in optimizing performance, and develop actionable solutions.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales strategy planning or sales management.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin is essential. Required to liaise with Mandarin speaker stakeholders.
• Proficient in using CRM and sales analytics tools.
