We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual who is deeply passionate about branding and marketing to lead our company forward. As the Branding and Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and executing high-level brand and marketing strategies, driving our company's growth through effective marketing initiatives.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and drive sales growth.
• Conduct thorough market research and analyze consumer trends to identify key opportunities and challenges in the market.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Development, and Creative departments to develop impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
• Manage and optimize advertising, promotions, and digital marketing efforts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu (Little Red Book).
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest market trends and competitor activities to ensure our brand remains competitive and relevant in the marketplace.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of competitor products and promotions to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for our brand.
• Lead and build a high-performing marketing team from the ground up, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business administration, management, marketing or related field.
• MUST HAVE proven track record and experience in brand marketing, marketing and communication with at least 3 - 5 years marketing experience within beauty / retail industry.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written, both in English and Bahasa Malaysia (ability to converse in Mandarin/Chinese dialects is an added advantage).
• Strategic and strong analytical experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop data driven digital marketing strategies
•  Meticulous, independent, result driven, and ready to take up new challenges.
