The Business Effectiveness plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of administraive &amp; human resource functions within the company. This position involves managing office operations, supporting HR activities, and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the business. Assist the manager-in-charge with other relevant tasks as necesary.

Responsibilities
Office Management:

<li>Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a well-organized &amp; efficient working environment.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage office supplies &amp; inventory, ensuring timely procurement &amp; stock levels.</li>
<li>Manage office equipment maintenance.</li>
<li>Manage applications &amp; renewal of licenses, insurance, membership, subscription, etc..</li>
<li>Create, follow up and tabulate of client satisfaction survey.</li>
<li>Assist in ad-hoc tasks.</li>
</ul>
Human Resources Support:
<ul>
<li>Assist in the recruitment process and internship program, including posting, screening resumes &amp; scheduling interviews.</li>
<li>Support onboarding &amp; offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires &amp; departing employees.</li>
<li>Maintain and update employee records &amp; organization chart, ensuring data accuracy &amp; confidentiality.</li>
<li>Compile &amp; check employee's project related allowances.</li>
<li>Assist in performance management &amp; KPI.</li>
</ul>
Record Keeping:
