<li>Evaluate and improve company workflows to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Assist the Operations Manager with finance, HR tasks, and other ad hoc duties.</li>

6.Data Analysis &amp; Reporting

<li>Use data analytics to track performance indicators, identify trends, and support decision-making.</li>
</ul>
7.Financial &amp; Administrative Support
<ul>
<li>Support budgeting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting using relevant software tools.</li>
</ul>
8.Quality Assurance &amp; Time Management
<ul>
<li>Uphold service and product quality standards, while managing schedules and office tasks efficiently.</li>
